Modulating high efficiency furnace paired with modulating high efficiency tankless water heater. On demand hot water and furnace installed and running same day, customer was elated and so was I, this job looks great (besides the old layers of floor 😬)

These two units provide whole home air conditioning connecting to the existing twin furnace system (the house was built and then added upon later so it has two furnaces)

This customer was told by 2 other companies that this installation was not possible, we were able to make it happen with some clever pipe work which I will make a post about later
