Performed combustion analysis along with diagnostics and safety checks to make sure the unit is operating properly.

This furnace suffered power surge damage. Repair attempts had already been made before I was called in, but the system was still down.

After reviewing everything with the homeowner, we decided a full replacement was the most reliable path forward.

Installed a new high-efficiency furnace and made some important ductwork corrections to support it properly.

Before & Afters.

The homeowner really wanted to go tankless, but once we looked at the existing gas line and equipment, it just wasn’t the right fit without a major gas upgrade. We talked through the options openly and landed on a combi system that worked with what was already there and kept everything safe and efficient.

Removed the old equipment, cleaned up some pretty rough piping, reused what was still in good shape, and had them back up and running without overcomplicating things.

Customer was thrilled with how it came together and that’s always the goal!

The hot water tank was also beyond its expected service life.
