Another transformation complete. 👊

We took this old, cracked asphalt driveway and turned it into a clean, functional entrance that’s built to last. By widening the driveway and adding a pair of retaining block walls, we completely changed the look while creating enough space to comfortably park at least two vehicles.

A simple upgrade that adds curb appeal, functionality, and value to the property.

Another project brought back to life. 💪

This client took over a project that wasn’t going as planned, and we were brought in to get it across the finish line. We completed this custom curved retaining wall with integrated stairs, creating a clean, functional, and long-lasting feature that completely transformed the space.

Born and raised in Ladner, Jairus is a Red Seal carpenter with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He built his foundation crafting custom homes in West Vancouver before cofounding Prokor Landscapes with his business partner, Taylan, in 2020.
