Hiring for full time residential foundation construction in Edmonton AB/surrounding area. Message your questions/interest.

Job description
- Hours fluctuate based on work availability. (Some optional/bonus weekend work if desired.)
- Carry/place ~90lb panels (resiform/advance) for multiple hours at a time.
- Use chalk/plum/level to mark out foundation according to blueprints.
- Read and follow architectural and engineer drawings
- Cut/tie/place steel reinforcement.
- Assemble/disassemble forms (duraform)
- square/plum/brace walls
- Assist in pouring concrete
- Work on and assemble scaffold
- Use power and hand tools
- Driving between job sites all over Edmonton/(occasionally greater Edmonton area)
- Work in a manner that is safe while following the site/safety requirements of customers/builders/contractors and city.
- Work outside, winter and summer, in all types of weather, rain, snow, shine.
- Work independently/with little supervision.

Requirements of employment:

- CSTS
- **Class 5 or greater license and your own vehicle**.
- Tool pouch
- hard hat/steel toe boots (rubber steel toes also recommended for working in mud)
- Basic hand tools: Including hammer/measuring tape/cats paw.

The right person will have/be able to:
-Experience is residential concrete forming/walls an asset
-Work efficiently as a team and alone while meeting daily deadlines.
-Be proficient in a fast paced work environment.
-Have a desire to learn/develop related skills.

Be okay working with fluctuating hours. Although we try to keep hours from 7:30am - 4:30 pm we may end sooner or later than these times as needed to complete jobs.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Salary: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
-Bonus pay
-Overtime pay

Location: Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Shift availability:
Day Shift (Mon-Fri 7:30-4:30) required* Optional Work available on weekends once able to work independently.
