My wife is always telling me to take before and after pictures of my work… so just imagine this wall without a window.
And now… POOF!… There’s a window!

It’s a two-step process:
1️⃣ Forget to take the before picture.
2️⃣ Install the window and hope everyone has a good imagination.

You might not notice when it’s done right… but you’ll definitely notice when it’s not.

When you’re finishing a basement, why stop at the obvious?

For this project, we helped our client get even more out of their space by building in dedicated storage for their security equipment, plus a little bonus storage tucked neatly under the stairs.

Did you know today is International Flashing Awareness Day?

No, it’s probably not what you think! 😉 It’s your annual reminder to take a look at your home’s flashing and make sure it’s doing its job to keep water out.

Improperly installed, damaged, or aging flashing can lead to water intrusion and costly damage. A little inspection today could save you a lot of headaches tomorrow!
