we do not manage for slum land lords. we manage for property owners who want nice homes for their tenants

we offer 24/7 emergency services..

we manage the rents, leases and damage deposits for our tenants and property owners .

our property manager representatives can be reached directly by our property owners and by the tenants so each party knows things are being looked after right and in a timely fashion.

tyt investors. i was contacted by an old acquaintance today who unfortunately has fallen ill and wishes to sell a twelve unit apartment in fredericton area quick sale. since i know he and his family personally i choose to not get involved other than putting the interest out there for him and then i am out of it.. please read that again.

i know the building and it is very dated and is in need of work.. the building though, is fully rented with long term tenants. no leases some tenants go far back as the 70's and 80's. he wants a quick close. no back and forth.

ive offered to put this out there and will pass on names and phone numbers to him. as most of you know im very busy as of late and although i would love to help you further with this as a good gesture, again i do not want to involve myself and i will not be taking phone calls. he knows he has to sell and hes looking for way below market value.. if anything way too low.
