We are hiring for our flatdeck / frac division & hotshot division, we are looking for:

- 1 Class 1 Driver
- 1 Class 5 Hot Shot Driver
- 2 Owner Operator’s with Heavy Spec Tandem tractors (Must be based out of Grande Prairie)

We are expanding & looking for hard working, honest operators that take pride in their role to help us keep up with the growing demand in the industry.

Our work consists of:

- Access mat hauling
- Flatdeck highboy work
- Lowbed equipment moving
- Frac equipment move’s & sand hauling
- (Hotshot) Downhole tools, Gas bottles & Rental equipment moving

Part-Time Casual Safety Administrator

Hartery’s Oilfield Hauling Ltd. is currently seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Casual Safety
Administrator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and an interest in workplace safety within the transportation and oilfield hauling industry.

Responsibilities
• Maintain and organize safety files
• Assist with safety meetings, orientations, and documentation
• Track employee certifications, training, and compliance requirements
• Prepare and submit safety paperwork and reports
• Assist with IFTA, Safety Fitness and Transportation audits
• Assist with SECOR documentation and audits
• Monitor and update company policies and procedures
• Communicate with supervisor, and management regarding safety matters
• General office and administrative duties as required
Qualifications
• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Experience in transportation, oilfield, or safety administration is considered an asset
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of Alberta transportation and safety regulations is an asset
