Completed this week in Vineland, Ontario.

These homeowners had a beautiful century home but no air conditioning. With another hot Niagara summer on the way, they wanted a solution that would provide reliable cooling without compromising the character of their home.

Called today. Cooling tomorrow.

This new Lennox air conditioner was installed for a homeowner in Waterdown just one day after they contacted our team.

When temperatures climb, waiting weeks for air conditioning isn’t always an option. We were able to assess the home, recommend the right cooling solution, and complete the installation the very next day.

For this project, we installed a new Lennox central air conditioning system on a specialized equipment pad designed to provide a stable foundation and help reduce vibration and operating noise. We also carefully levelled the unit to ensure proper drainage, optimal performance, and long term reliability.

Our team verified airflow clearances, completed all electrical and refrigerant connections, and fully commissioned the system according to Lennox manufacturer specifications before leaving the site.

Before and after from another AC installation completed by Hamilton Home Comfort in Hamilton, Ontario.

The original air conditioner at this home was mounted on wall brackets directly beside the gas meter and regulator. During the replacement, we relocated the new Kepler AC onto a proper ground level pad and moved it further away from the gas regulator area to improve the installation layout and help meet recommended clearance requirements.

Many older AC installations around Hamilton and Stoney Creek were installed too close to gas regulators. In most applications, air conditioners should maintain at least 3 feet of clearance from the gas regulator area depending on the installation and local code requirements.

We also removed the wall brackets during this installation. Ground mounted air conditioners are typically quieter because less vibration transfers into the structure of the home.

Once installed, the system was fully commissioned and tested according to manufacturer specifications to ensure proper airflow, refrigerant setup, and overall performance.

The updated location allowed for cleaner line routing, improved access for future maintenance and service, and better use of the exterior space while maintaining proper installation clearances.
