Here’s another one. We turned the breezeway into a mud room with access off the front, back and garage. Put down an insulted subfloor (the cement floor was extremely uneven) with vinyl flooring. Removed both windows, put in one smaller one plus 2 new doors and moved the originally house door to the garage opening. New insulation and drywall. Customer is painting to their liking.

Then on to another kitchen. This one wasn’t a complete, but a whole bunch of odds and ends. Updated backsplash, new countertops, built a storage closet, all new floor on the main level, and some updates to the upstairs bathroom.

This yard had privacy on 2 sides so we closed in the back of the lot to complete it.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted any jobs. So while I’m sitting down for a minute and thinking about it, might as well make a few posts on what I’ve been up to.

Second on the list was a complete kitchen job. I removed the load bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room, all new floor, drywalled the ceiling, installed patio door where a window was, all new cabinets, fixed plumbing/electrical…the whole 9 yards,

First big job done. Onto the next tomorrow. Here’s some pics. Still missing the linen cabinet, but it’s on order so now ...

Sometimes you just have to spend a little time at home. First room of 3 done in the basement. Out with the old and in with the new. Can’t wait for the day I’m done working on things here lol.
