Another Kamloops project done. Prepped floor for owner to install fooring, installed a shower and several door. Built walls for bifold, drywalled existing beams and install kitchen caninets with tiled backspalsh. End product pics not available yet.

Hi everyone there is another post of this with finished product. Scroll down hopefully. Job done March 2024. Remodel existing beams, ceiling, hallway, bathroom, living room and spare room. Removed some old trim, secured beams, framed in doors, put some new drywall, taped, mudded and smoothed out rough walls. Added a 1/2" drywall drop in dining room.

At home made a laundry room. used to be part of the garage. Used old sink cabinet from basement kitchen and installed plywood shelf over machines and a corner cabinet not seen. Just a couple items left. Drawer and face cover. A shelf and a cupboard over counters. Ran the wiring and plumbing though existing wall adjacent kitchen. Build a subfloor on top of slopes garage and turn one heat vent to point down from main floor. Lots of work but well worth it for upstairs and downstairs Airbnb or rental to share. Here are photos of laundry and handmade Kitchener except upper corner cabinets.
