Progress on the new shop continues to move at an incredible pace. Projects like this take the efforts of a tremendous team of skilled trades and dedicated people working together toward a common goal.

A big thank you to for running such a well organized site and to our friend Aaron at for the outstanding work on the concrete and walls. We’re grateful to everyone who continues to put in the long hours and hard work to keep us on schedule and meet our milestones.

Over the next few weeks, the building will really start to take shape as steel begins going up throughout the project. We’re excited to my crew handling everything from fabrication to installation.

This was an incredible project to be a part of and involved a huge amount of planning and preparation by my man . The precision, fit-up, welding, sliding door system, and window design and placement truly showcase the craftsmanship and talent of Avaarc Welding.

Shoutouts to and ._hustla for their contributions, but this project was completed almost entirely by Kurty Babes. Proud to add this one to our portfolio, and we couldn’t have built it for a better guy than 🔥This turned out to be everything you asked for, and even better than I imagined. Huge thanks as well to our good friend and one of the best in the business, for capturing the project so perfectly with a phenomenal video.

Another successful project ran by .industries . Huge shoutout to Kyle and for their hard work and dedication in getting this project completed efficiently and on schedule. The installation process went incredibly smoothly, with Bucky doing an excellent job operating the zoom boom throughout the install.

A big thank you as well to .h03_ ._hustla and for all the support and effort put in along the way. The teamwork, professionalism, and incredible workmanship shown by everyone involved did not go unnoticed.

Most importantly, the project was completed safely and to the highest standards while working in such close proximity to the airport runway. The client was extremely happy with both the timeline and the quality of work delivered.

Huge appreciation to my entire crew for an incredible job on this project.

This marked the final phase of the roof upgrade at the H2O Centre. We began by reinforcing all the trusses with additional supports, followed by installing new posts and an HSS frame to accommodate the air quality condenser units. Once the units were installed by Arpi’s North, our team completed the installation of catwalks, stairs, and removable guardrails to allow safe and efficient maintenance access.

All lifting operations were carried out safely and efficiently during night shifts, which came with their own challenges, but the crew absolutely delivered.

A big thank you to .industries for leading the project. Kyle executed everything to the highest standards, with a strong focus on safety and quality from start to finish. Shoutout as well to Dan from Dave’s Crane, someone we can always rely on for safe lifts and smooth operation during installation. Shoutout to for getting us to the tightest areas high in the ceiling to complete our upgrades👏

From the fabrication team in the shop, who put in long hours and worked tirelessly, to both the night shift and day shift crews who pushed hard to meet an extremely tight deadline, this was a true team effort.

Phenomenal work by the entire crew. I appreciate every one of you 🔥

19 years in the making, and this dream is coming to life month by month as the build continues on our new welding shop.

Phase one is complete, the slab is poured, polished, and looks incredible. It’s been an unreal journey to get to this point, and we’re just getting started. Walls are next, then steel, and we’re one step closer to walking these floors and putting them to work.

Huge thank you to for capturing the day to day progress and helping us tell this story. And a massive shoutout to for making these dreams come true, running such a stunning site and all the trades involved, your work shows in every detail.

A big thank you to our entire team for once again delivering a safe and successful night shift operation.

We appreciate for coming out to support the 12am lift. The work was executed seamlessly under the leadership of .industries , with every lift carried out to the highest of safety and effectiveness. Special recognition to Dan, owner and operator of Dave’s Crane, for his professionalism and expertise using radio communication.

Night shifts always come with added challenges, but with a solid lift plan and a well prepared crew, everything was completed efficiently and without incident.

We’re especially proud to be part of this project. Kelowna has been an important part of and I’s dog life❤️ Laura trained our first dog, Jax(miss you my boy), over seven years ago, and is now working with our new rescue, Billie AKA The GOAT haha. Mi With her continued growth, Laura has developed a beautiful new facility and entrusted us with building custom dog kennels as part of the first phase of the upgrade. The design was thoughtfully created by , and expertly brought to life by Kyle Lemp, with valuable support from our apprentice Little Coltin. The project was completed with detailed painting finishing by and installation by Kyle alongside .industries. Thank you, Laura, for your trust and it turned out incredible. We look forward to seeing your continued success, if you’re looking for a dog trainer, she is truly among the best in the industry👏

It’s always a love hate moment watching a bucket leave the shop after a rebuild like this. Another outstanding job completed by our entire crew. The guys would arrive in the dark and leave in the dark, not easy work but handled everyday with smiles and a get it done attitude😎

A special shoutout to , who once again ran the show and ensured everything was executed to the highest standard. That said, every single person involved brought their A game day in and day out, and it truly shows in the final product.

Thank you to Kiana for trusting us with these bucket rebuilds it means a lot to our team.

I also want to recognize our entire staff for making this happen with top tier safety, great attitudes, and a positive atmosphere (with some amazing music pumping in the background).
