Question that comes up in almost every automation conversation: once the machine's doing the repetitive work, what's left for the people?

Every install we do is built around the same idea. The cobot takes the repeatable part. A trained person keeps the final call, the judgment and finishing touch a machine isn't meant to own. It's roughly an 80/20 split, and it's by design, not a limitation.

How do folks here think about that balance in their own shop?
