Popcorn ceiling progress is moving right along 💪

Today we officially retired the sander (for now 😄) and shifted gears to finishing work.

✔ First coat completed in the dining room
✔ Second coat underway in the living space

It’s always satisfying watching these ceilings transform from textured and dated to smooth and modern.

Tomorrow: sanding and priming the living area — getting us one big step closer to that flawless finish.

Stay tuned… the transformation is coming together beautifully.

Water damage destroyed walls and the ceiling… so they called us in to fix it!

We cut out everything wet.
Let it dry properly.
Rebuilt the walls from scratch.
Drywall. Tape. Mud. Sand. Smooth finish.
Two coats of paint. Mirrors rehung.

All done clean, professional, and around their business hours — so they stayed open with almost no interruption. 🙌

Result?
Walls look brand new…
and we’ve already been asked back to replace the kitchenette next. 😍
