Recent testing across the west end has uncovered alarming radon levels with some homes surging above 400 Bq/m³. To put that exposure into perspective, living in an unmitigated home at these levels is equivalent to smoking 15 ci******es a day and receiving 400 chest X-rays every single year.

While the east end continues to record safer baselines under 70 Bq/m³, the reality across the region is no foundation is immune. From full basements to slab on grade builds, radon is a pervasive geological threat that every homeowner and builder must face.

Unfortunately, this remains one of the most dangerously overlooked health hazards in modern construction which is why at our company, we refuse to leave indoor air safety to chance. Every home we construct undergoes rigorous testing and is engineered with advanced, uncompromising radon mitigation systems designed to slash radon concentrations by up to 99% driving levels down to virtually nothing.
