Really hope this summer is the summer we get to do more fun activities. As a roofer then owning a roofing company, summers usually mean one thing; work.

But as I try to 'run the business' instead of have it run me, I'm looking forward to taking the kids out, seeing some sights and stop sacrificing summers in the name of careers. Want all the success in the world but definitely gotta be more realistic with what I can achieve and in what timeline. Having a kid early certainly sets the bar pretty high, if not unrealistically so, but With Pepper getting older and my body gets more worn from all the years on roofs, learning to delegate has become more and more a priority.

Not an easy thing to do, but there's nothing easy about running a roofing business to begin with, so at least it's consistent lol.

Just a little showcase of a project I've been working on to help me in the office and maybe even expedite getting me out and into the field so I can have more time to visit sites, get content, and even have some evenings and weekends off. Or so that's the goal lol

Also might help other contractors see what's possible with AI and also that they could potentially not need all those hefty subscriptions to run a roofing business.

Less overhead, smoother operations and more time to provide in person value.
