Quick storm prep checklist:
- Check that your sump pump is working properly.
- Make sure floor drains are clear.

Blue House Project : Completed 🏠

From vision to reality.

This project was truly a team effort from start to finish. We want to thank our dedicated team and trusted subcontractors for helping bring this home to life.

So much care, detail, and hard work went into every stage of this transformation. From the first day on site to the final touches, everyone involved gave their best to turn this house into a home.

We're incredibly proud of the outcome and grateful to be part of creating spaces our clients can love for years to come.

Blue House Project: Phase 3 (Continued) 🏡

More progress to share! Two bathrooms are now fully tiled, wainscoting and wallpaper have been installed in the dining nook, and the kitchen is in place.

Deck boards are down, and we’re getting ready for the finishing touches.

Blue House Project : Phase 3 🏠

This phase is where the details really start to take shape. LVP herringbone flooring is currently being installed, bringing warmth and style into the home.

The kitchen has been delivered and is getting ready for installation. While two bathrooms are in the process of being tiled.

Outside, work has started on the addition and porch, adding even more to this transformation l.

Blue House Project: Phase 2

Custom floor plans ✏️and interior design are complete in collaboration with Brigitte Pope, helping bring the vision for this home to life.

The next stages included framing for the walls and new window locations 🪟, followed by plumbing🛁, electrical💡, drywall, and plaster. Each step is carefully completed as the home takes shape.

After that, we prepped the subfloor to get ready for a beautiful LVP herringbone installation.

Our team carefully removed all rotted materials, repaired and re-sheeted the subfloor, and installed new house wrap. Every step took care and attention, and we're excited to share the process with you!

💧 Water infiltration? We’ve got it handled.
Another successful repair by the Northridge Construction team!

This project involved a foundation crack that was causing water to seep into the home. We excavated the area, thoroughly cleaned and inspected the footing and French drain, repaired the crack, and applied waterproofing with a durable tar seal for long-lasting protection.

Previous plumbing stack did not have a metal roofing boot cover and was just covered in roofing tar allowing water into the attic and house.

Removed tar, cleaned the area and installed metal roofing boot with silicone.
