: As a company we Charge by Per Project , this is to ensure you get the up most value in your project respected in the Time Frame given on contract.
2 # Do you charge for Estimates?
: No we provide a free Estimate upon arrival of your Project, A quotation is made later on to ensure the overall price is Respected and once the parties agrees to the Cost we Write down A Full Detailed List of the project under Digital and Paper Contract. Only time we Charge to see projects is when they Extend over 140km or 1h from our location. this is to respect that the time we provide is respected with the Quotations Charges start at $50 and if Price is accepted We Remove the Cost from the billing Total.
3 # How long will the project take to complete?
: we take pride in Respecting the time Frame we provide under contract As it varies Project to Project and the Difficulty of the Tasks, We always Ensure to add 1-2 days extra to Accompany the potential Complications that might arise when Working on projects, Sometimes there might be an object after demolition that might Deliver an extra cost or consume more time Due to complications. you want to Expand your room , We Charge for the Demolition and quote the project to expand , once removing the wall we find a Support beam. this will not only cost more due to its Extra work but take longer time to resolve.
4 # Will you provide a Clean Job?
: We Always ensure a Clean and Safe workspace Not just During but also after completion of Projects.
5 # Are you Comfortable Working while we aren't not there or if we are Home?
: Yes, We have worked Many times in the past at peoples Dwellings when not Home to Complete projects We focus only on the task at hand, Our Goal is to Provide you with a safe secure and Trustworthy Experience while working with us.in the Occasion that you are Home we Take pride in Working around or with you to Complete our Job in the most professional manner.
6 # Do We need to make a down payment? No this isn't necessary unless you are taking bookings with us to ensure the Date & time is Respected to maintain you position in our schedule. for projects that take longer then week to complete would be subjected for Weekly payment till Completion under contract.
7 # Do you include Materials?
:Depending on the Project We can arrange a price for Both Labor Cost & Material, This depends on what type of project you need completed as some materials are purchased at Various stores, as we don't have control of their promotions or due to inflation.
8 # Do you have insurance?
: we are in the middle of incorporating . Insurance will be provided on all future projects , we also offer a free 6 month grantee for all our projects , you simply pay the materials if needed not the labor cost.
