I have resolved the optimum template thickness and best approach for relatively rapid solar engraving in all types of wood. The objective has been to achieve the holy grail of crafts: individual items by virtue of none being the same depth due to the sun 🌞 intensity and relative angle but the process approaching the speed of silk screening. With multiple templates having index holes in the same manner as on a printing press, fairly complex designs are possible and better yet on non linear surfaces. This would be a craft by virtue of it s variability but quick and yet all could be afforded in the low hundreds per design and could be done in a backyard or a beach. This I envision could be a means by which Indigenous people and low income artists could have seasonal sidelines. I hope to patent the process in the coming months.

Bread machines that are assumed to be broken can often be converted into cooking devices and or heaters by adding a terminal block and a switch. No biggie. Often the motors are functional too. It's the interface that fails. Control boards are usually fragile. Better than that..... The heater element doesn't car if the power is AC or DC and even what voltage. It prefers 110 AC but power coming from a windmill direct to a small battery and a capacitor bank... It will work. And safely too because it's double walled.

what REALLY gets under my skin today is awakening to the news that I am losing money shorting a VASTLY overvalued stock, Tesla who s Chief Executive Outrager is Vladimir Putin s Manchurian Candidate. Vladimir Putin was a Lieutenant Colonel in the KGB stationed in Dresden, where my mother and brothers etc hid out in her uncle s pharmacy during the firestorm. She got out of the GDR before the wall went up and he was stationed there in 1980 but still .......to close to the bone in terms of irony.
