Both airlines United airlines and Air Canada don't take care of their customers when one of Air Canada agent gave wrong advice/instruction at 2:00 am on August 26 that results of '6 days not delivering delayed bags'
Need human being solved the case since their Automate System can't handle information such as references nor tag number

It's the 6th day without delayed bags.
Originally from advice of Air Canada people at 2:00am of going with United Airlines then nothing has worked.
Both airlines acknowledge the case but no action nor result till now even DM sent to them as they recommend.
What do you think:
When one airline passed our checked luggages to other airline becoming as a bad handling airline as we experience and rate and now the airline behaves like running away from it's responsibility?
Is it the way United Airlines cares about their customers?
Is it the way Air Canada cares of its customers.

Please send 3 delayed bags, con'd pass the case back and forth.

Case never solved: United Airlines+ Canada Airlines has fooled us almost 5 days with delayed bags even they informed that 'working on that'
All guides provided to us have never worked...one passed to other and vise versa

Claiming Delayed bags is really a pain in the A.
Flying United Airlines from US to Toronto then Air Canada to Montreal arrival @ 2:00AM
Waiting for bags hopelessly. Air Canada people advice contacting United Airlines for delayed bags online since no one around for service at that time.
Tracking the bags show they come to destination almost 19hrs late then United Agent passed to Air Canada. After few conversation we one more times were advice to go back to United Airlines. OMG, after explaining they passed us to Air Canada we are referred to report on line with Air Canada. Many frustrated attempts with booking reference and name it couldn't go through ( who knows what is wrong) maybe booking reference of United Airlines FKBC1E doesn't work with Air Canada.
What happens to our delayed bags, please help....we are so tired

Is it a solution for a week long without success? We contacted United Airlines again after nice replies with promises of second carry-on still not received yes!
The agent asked us to come and pick it up since it is SOMEWHERE IN THE AIRPORT!
