It went from a simple leak down test to a tear down. Our ej257 has seen better days and we have failure on the left bank...

It went from a simple leak down test to a tear down. Our ej257 has seen better days and we have failure on the left bank (both pistons) where one has broken ringlands and another seems to have gripped the walls...unknown as to why yet. Next steps are to come with some simple forged components and a robust calibration. Stay tuned!!! @ Montreal, Quebec

A great day at the dyno making sure the car is holding temperature well and that cooling is sufficient for the track. Oh yeah, and we reduced power also. Never thought we would ask for less power, but reliability is our objective!
