Prototyping is the first step in putting your design concepts to practice, and is essential for refining your product.

Short tun pilot project, low-run products and Proof-of-concept
We offer light manufacturing services within our Montreal facility to produce short-run pilot projects, low-run products and full-scale proof-of-concept models in-house.
SurfaceID’s facility includes 3D printing technology, CNC prototyping, polyurethane molds, vacuum casting and more. We are continually expanding our services to align with the most up-to- date manufacturing technology.

Certified in Industry-Wide Safety Standards.
We are qualified to provide you with an Underwriter Laboratories (UL) Certification, to ensure that your product meets industry-wide safety standards. In addition, our product development team puts our products through rigorous testing to ensure that they meet the CSA approval standards.

SurfaceID follows a feedback loop of design, testing, analyzing and revising, an iterative process where each new prototype reveals new opportunities and problems to explore.
