I'd like to give a tip to all my followers.
Seams in your concrete work, especially around garages, should be sealed with a polyurethane sealant to prevent water getting underneath your cement. Water getting to the base will eventually cause it to sink.

Another tricky but successful job completed. Tisdale RCMP Detachment had a sinking floor, resulting shifting walls. Some areas needed to be lifted as much as 1.6 inches. The pictures below show the end result of being able to put everything back into place! This job was done without interupting day to day operations for the detachment.

Continuing our journey a little farther down the line to the Battlefords. We lifted a two and a half inch drop in the concrete pad underneath stairs to keep the water away from the customers house!

Another successful job on the 2022 road trip for JACC Structures in Dodsland,SK!
Took a inch and a half sag in the cement and straightened out the roof and cement!

Garage floor down 1.1 inches in problem area. Gap under partition wall about.9 inches. Back in place, within .2 inches, gap closed up. Happy homeowners. Thanks for the work Dallas and Trish.

Voids beneath concrete slabs can be filled with two component polymer foam designed to work in wet or dry conditions.

See a void underneath a slab filled with polyurethane foam. AP Lift 430 foam can support up to 7,200 lbs per square foot and will cure to 90% full strength in 15 minutes.

JACC Structures is celebrating 6 years of Poly Jacking and leak sealing in 2021. The frost is out of the ground and we are starting to book work for the summer of 2021. I will be attempting to post information on a regular basis regarding our services and any unique jobs we do.

Anchorage Alaska giving a friend a hand to lift a 2 story home that settled 3” to 5” in the 2018 earthquake. Doing deep injection methods with polyurethane foam, AP430 from Alchemy-Spetec. The soils here are not our friend

Well this was an interesting one. A perfectly good garage sitting on a horrible thickened edge pad. Sides down up to.8 inches and pad badly broken. Do you tear down a good building and start again? Do you spend a lot of money and lift the building and redo the floor? No! We injected polyurethane foam and brought up the edges to level. Now the homeowner can cut out the pad inside and redo it. This time there will be rebar used.
