Where there was once no access to the laneway and minimal parking,

We retrofitted a driveway and a retaining wall mounted old growth cedar fence with black corrugated aluminum inlays to resist UV to this sun soaked, south of town back yard.

Some added integral concrete wall lighting to illuminate the gate entry after sun down will really finish this little project off nicely…

Jus finishing up the last couple details of a customers dream deck project,

Black, metal snap lock roofing, gutters, and semi frameless aluminum and glass handrails will finish off this project so it’s ready to be enjoyed by our customers.

This project was an absolute joy to be apart of…Rough sawn cedar showcased well and is still a crowd favorite for many here on the sunshine coast 👍

Our next project is underway!

A unique house with some even more unique terrain. Textbook coastal topography, we will be integrating a dream deck to marry into the natural existing bedrock to add some practical flow to the property.

Cleaning and prepping the rockery for structural columns and pads is essential.

This large deck remodel will also be getting a post and beam, cedar timbre framed roof over most of its foot print to add usability in the wet season and some open section for those sunny, summer deck hangouts.

More progress on the gambrel addition and custom laundry/bathroom remodel. All services roughed in, slab poured, cedar siding almost complete, roof system installed and drywall going up. Coming together now!

Sad to see this beautiful fireplace go but in the name of extra real-estate over two different floors and safety, a full tear down was necessary to achieve our design in the farm house.

Let’s just say it was very well built and not intended to be removed….

Hard work from the crew made it happen in just a few days including prep. 🔥

A little cleanup plus structural patch in the floor and that wraps up the tear down. Excited to get the framing up in the suite conversion…
