New siding, soffit and fascia for this home! Great transformation and an excellent way to improve curb appeal, tighten up gaps to improve efficiency and most importantly, exponentially increase the value of your home.

Haven't been keeping up with the posts, but here's what we have been up to this week.

First, we brought some life back to this shed with some new fascia and wall steel. Along with a new door, these updates can bring your accessory building, no matter how old, to shine once again and restore them to their past beauty!

And we also managed to get this new build ready for some exterior cladding with the black soffit, fascia, and door/window capping.

Thanks again to past, present, and future clients for the support!

Shoutout to for making these brackets for us on short notice. The majority of this privacy fence had to be fastened to an existing pad, which can make for an unsteady fence. These brackets are 12"tall and help make the post more rigid during the building process and for years to come.

So in typical fashion, I didn't take any before pictures.🤦‍♂️spent the last two weeks giving this basement a new purpose...

So in typical fashion, I didn't take any before pictures.🤦‍♂️spent the last two weeks giving this basement a new purpose as a secondary dwelling. Several new walls, insulation, flooring, electrical, a new washroom and most importantly, a new larger egress window.

Have a income property that needs work or a basement you're looking to turn into a legal 2nd living space, don't hesitate to call or dm.

Some glue down LVP and some baseboard to finish off the week last week. Great job for some great clients.
