The original layout was divided by load bearing walls throughout. The project was fully engineered prior to demolition, with two W6 steel beams installed to carry the main floor, concealed within the ceiling.

Scope of work:
Structural wall removal and steel installation
Kitchen relocated to the centre of the home
Plumbing, HVAC and electrical rerouted
New powder room
New oak staircase with iron spindles
Wide plank flooring throughout

Timeline: 4 weeks from demolition to completion.

Design: custom cream cabinetry, walnut island, quartz counters and full height backsplash, brass fixtures.

We gutted this Oakville bathroom down to the studs and put it back in 2 weeks.

Full-height marble-look porcelain on every wall. Built-in shower niche so nothing sits on the ledge. New tub, new everything, laid out so the whole room finally breathes.

Before ➝ after. Burlington bathroom renovation, fully gutted, fully rebuilt.

New plumbing, new electrical, waterproofing, tile, fixtures, all stacked into a small footprint with no room for error.

The stuff behind the walls is what makes it last 30 years.

The stuff on the walls is what you fall in love with.

This one came out exactly how the clients pictured it.

Another Oakville bathroom renovation in the books, and this master ensuite might be my favourite of the year.

The bay window did most of the work. We built the whole layout around it, freestanding soaker tub right in front, matte black tub filler, nothing blocking that treetop view.

The rest came together pretty naturally:
• Double white oak vanity with quartz counters and arched mirrors
• Walk-in shower with a black-framed glass panel, full-height niche, rain head + handheld slide bar
• Matte black fixtures throughout
• Large format porcelain for that soft concrete finish

Still the best part of this job, handing a family the keys and watching them walk into their own space for the first time.
