VisionPlan Update — major electrical changes shipped today
Big drop today focused on making electrical layouts dramatically faster

for homeowners planning a renovation AND contractors building from those plans.
Additional dimensions for every electrical fixture
Drop in a ceiling light, pot light, smoke detector, ceiling fan — pull dimension lines in any direction (up, down, left, right) with a single click on the new direction picker.

See the distance to every wall, AND the distance between adjacent fixtures, automatically. Pick the color, choose solid or dashed, hide the ones you don't need.(Color and dashed option available in layers panel)

Smart snapping while you place
Ceiling fixtures snap to hallway centers and room centers as you drag. They also align with other ceiling fixtures — visual guides show exactly where
they're locking in. Hold Shift to keep them moving straight when you want perfect placement, Hold ctrl when dragging to move by individual pixels.

Cleaner electrical schedules + prints
STOVE and DRYER spelled out instead of St / Dr. 3-way switches show as 3.

Detectors get the architectural circle. Schedule rows group by family (outlets together, switches together, lights together, detectors together) with per-family totals at the bottom. Multi-page schedules now properly say "Continued on next page."

Customer name + project address on every printed sheet if you put one in for the project

Contractor mode automatically labels the title block with CUSTOMER NAME: and PROJECT ADDRESS: from project details. Homeowner mode keeps the simpler
personal-project format.

Lighting layout — see how it all fits
Drop in ceiling lights, pot lights, fans, or smoke detectors and the app shows you dimensions to every wall AND between fixtures. Planning a row of pot
lights down a hallway? The spacing fills in automatically. Homeowners get a clear picture of coverage; contractors get takeoff-ready measurements.

Smarter drag & snap
Ceiling fixtures snap to corridor centers and align with each other as you drag — visual guides show you exactly where you're locking in. Hold Shift to
constrain movement to horizontal or vertical. Less fiddling, faster layouts.

Switches & outlets the way they're actually built
Multi-gang switch boxes with per-slot type — mix switch, 3-way, dimmer, and smart in a single 3-gang or 4-gang box. Picks the right symbols
automatically. (Homeowners: this is how your electrician will actually wire it. Contractors: real-world boxes on the plan.)

Cleaner takeoffs & prints
The electrical schedule now groups identical fixtures into one row with a quantity column, sorted by family (outlets together, switches together, lights
together). Totals at the bottom. Whether you're sharing the plan with a contractor for a quote or building from it, the numbers read at a glance.

More furniture + better-looking prints
Armchair and Recliner added (with a "Reclined" toggle for the footrest). Customer name and project address now print on every sheet — looks professional
whether you're presenting to a contractor or to your client.

Recently finished bathroom turned out great

Something a little different we managed to squeeze in
Have done alot of bathrooms and different styles, styles of tile. but haven't done this one
It's growing on me - Once the painting is done with a complimenting vanity i think everything will come together for my customers vision
What are your thoughts on the color? Even the size is a little different at 8"x24"
