Started getting this old two-storey home ready for some new siding. We’re going over it with 1½” foam and strapping, building out and flashing all the windows and doors, then finishing everything off with new vinyl siding.

A fair bit of work goes into these older homes before you ever get to start hanging siding, but doing the prep right makes all the difference in the end.

Looking forward to seeing this one all finished up. Should be quite the change!

Just wrapped up another soffit & fascia job!

25’ of new soffit and fascia, including a new fascia board and a little extra work behind the scenes to make sure everything is built solid and ready to last.

We cut the existing roof back to give us a proper 1 1/4” overhang from the finished edge, strengthened the truss tails, and braced the bottom of the fascia board to properly support the eavestrough.

Sometimes it’s the work you don’t see that makes all the difference.

Got almost all the hardwood completed, 3 rooms finished just the hallway left. Tiling the bathroom and kitchen currently. Will post full job when it completed. Had a week where I couldn’t do any work there or it would be done.

Just did a small repair out in Campbell’s Bay today. Matching new to old shingles is almost impossible. Mind the colour variation.

Getting some flooring done, all hardwood. Turning out pretty well, have the kitchen and bathroom left to tile and some final pieces in a couple rooms. Stay tuned for more.
