Well this before & after picture of the one I just worked on may enlighten you as to the necessity of having it done regularly! 😳

Proper (& regular!) maintenance of it will extend its useful life as well as make it function more efficiently and minimize allergy issues for those that are prone to them. I pride myself in being able to service any make and model.

The next photo shows you the attention to detail I bring to each job. Pulling the blower completely out of the cabinet is the only way to have it properly cleaned. This also allows you to inspect the secondary heat exchanger for damage or stuck on hair.

I also offer fireplace service and cleanings. Not just cleaning the glass. My service includes a thorough inspection of the burner system, pilot assembly and cleaning under the burner.
