Just completed laminate flooring project for another wonderful family

Specs
12 mm Waterproof laminate
5mm under pad
Matching translations
Aria top mounted vents with insert
New baseboards and shoe moulds

Scope of work
-Remove existing 3 1/4” solid hard wood
-Scrape floors and re secured whole floor with screws
-install 5mm under pad
-install 12 mm waterproof laminate
-install new baseboards
-install new shoe moulding
-install new door casings in hallway which were supplied by client
-install new transitions
-paint all trim in a semi gloss white

Another Completed Bathroom Renovation

What started as a simple shower Renovation became a full restoration project due to previous faulty plumbing that caused major leaks behind the walls

Scope of work
- remove all wall tiles
- cut out and redo Framing
- remove all traces of mold
- new insulation, and vapour barrier
- redo all fire proofing
- redo new plumbing for whole washroom
- new waterproofing
- new walls
- new tiling
- fully repainted

Previous tile surround damaged from tenants and water damage starting

Scope of work

- Remove existing tile bath surround
- Remove all rotted drywall
- Remove all mold
- Remove old vinyl flooring
- Remove old baseboards
- Installation of new foam tile backer
- installation of new 12 x 24 tiles
- installation of new grout
- installation of new silicone
- installation of new vinyl flooring
- installation of baseboards and quarter rounds

Solid Red Oak treads natural colour with 5 coats of Semi gloss finish

Oak veneer risers finished with 2 coats of primer and 3 coats of untainted semi gloss white paint from Sherwin Williams
