IKEA cabinets, vinyl plank floor, quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, under cabinet lighting.

Disclaimer: when using IKEA cabinets, make sure you have exact measurements while in framing stage. We placed the window using standard cabinet sizes (which IKEAs are not) and had to tear this wall open during the finishing stages to move it 4" to re-center it between the upper cabinets. Alot of work but had to be done to make it right.

Update on the Port Severn build. All exteriors are up, half the interiors are up and garage is about half done. A few guys short this week and a few very hot days, but we still got a fair bit done.
