As a Customer Service Representative for Irving Energy, looking for ways to brighten someone's day comes as second nature to Sherie Logan.
"Treat the person on the other end of the line like they're sitting across from you at the dinner table," Sherie says when describing her method of success. "Listening to their situation with patience makes them feel heard, important and valued."
Since joining Irving Oil in 2022, Sherie credits her team for creating a welcoming atmosphere. From the classroom training sessions provided before starting in her role, to the many colleagues she now calls dear friends — she feels that each person she has encountered has helped boost her confidence and has been happy to lend a hand.
