Scheduled walk-throughs while you're away: heat, water, ventilation, roof edges and snow load, detectors and seals. Small repairs on the spot, and a dated photo report after every visit. We don't handle guests or bookings, so it works alongside your rental manager.

Concrete Day at Big White.

We poured concrete on three builds this round: driveways, a set of formed front steps, and a rear patio.

All of it has a broom finish for grip through the winter, and each slab is framed with a smooth trowelled border. The patio has control joints cut in to manage cracking as it cures.

On a mountain site, flatwork is one of the last big exterior steps before a home is ready for its first winter, and every pour gets the same care as the structure behind it.
