Another one off the list. Got a couple sets of transport legs built and put on these two conveyors. One had a pretty good bend in the body, so we cut the junk out, burned some new steel in, and got it straightened back up. Good to see another couple jobs done. 🔧💪

Back out at the pit getting some repairs done. The water distribution box had a few leaks that needed attention, so we got those taken care of. We also repaired a couple of chutes, one under the screen and one on the wash screw. Good day getting some maintenance knocked out and keeping things running.

Another bucket fixed! This one was cracked through on the shell and a crack on the bottom. Added some wear plates to the bottom as well!

Day or night we will get you fixed up and ready to run! This rip rap conveyor needed some new lifting eyes and the rock roll back fixed. It also had a pretty bad kink in it that we took care of! Worked into the night so it was ready to move some rocks in the A.M!

Some fresh heal plates and some hard surfacing! Had to get a crack fixed on the ear of the bucket as well.

Finally got around to using some of the hard surface rods Eagle Alloys Welding sent me! I had the hard facing 636 and 606. They both burnt very well and had good surface coverage. I especially like the 606 because you can use it in all positions. This might become my new go to for hard surface!
