Out with the old in with the new! This jaw crusher needed some new plates! The old wear plate was a little over due for a change! We got it cut out and a new one put back in! Back to smashing rocks!

Spent a couple days in the pit getting these buckets fixed up. The loader needed four shanks repaired and a bunch of cracks fixed. Put some fresh wear bars onto the hoe bucket. They are ready to dig some dirt!

Got this screen rack built for one of our great customers. Now they can keep the screens they need nice and organized. Makes for a quick change out when they are ready!

We had this rock box off of a jaw crusher plant come to us late Friday night. The customer needed to get running again Monday morning, so we got it fixed up for them. The whole center section of the chute was very worn. Cut the old portion out put a new piece of plate in and some 1/2” AR 450 on top. They are back to turning big rocks into small rocks! My little helper had to come out and see what was going on!

Got another bucket fixed up and ready to go! More grouser bar, more hard surface and fixed up a couple cracks! Ready to keep digging in the sand!

Another one! More grouser bar more hard surfacing and a quick repair on the bottom side. Back to work it goes. Have a few more buckets on the go stay tuned!
