Our team works with advanced equipment and proven fabrication processes, including CNC machining and precision welding. We also undergo regular testing and audits to maintain our certification standards.

Every Boondock build starts long before the first piece of metal is cut.

Once the design is approved, we move from CAD into production. By modeling each build first, we're able to check fitment, account for vehicle-specific modifications, and work through the details before fabrication begins.

We didn’t start as engineers, entrepreneurs, or business guys.

We started as fabricators.

For over a decade, our parent company, Sea to Sky Welding, has been building custom homes, commercial buildings, one-off truck decks, and plenty of problem-solving projects in between.

Fabrication isn’t something we pivoted into. It’s the foundation we’ve always worked from.

Working alongside Off Grid Customs, we developed a platform that integrates with both traditional and composite campers, simplifying the process for customers by reducing unnecessary vehicle transport and logistical headaches.

We may be new to this product space, but the craftsmanship behind it isn’t.

When you’re ready to build, waiting is usually the hardest part. That’s why we’ve built our process to keep timelines as efficient and predictable as possible.

Boondock didn’t start with a business plan.

For years, we were building custom metal projects through Sea to Sky Welding, taking on everything from commercial work to one-off fabrication jobs, including the occasional truck deck when the right project came along.

What started as a few custom builds each year slowly turned into something bigger.

Boondock grew out of that hands-on experience, problem-solving, and a genuine interest in building practical systems that work.

Protection is one thing. Making that protection pull double duty is better.

This brush guard system is built to help protect the camper shell from trail debris and impacts, while also adding usable rooftop storage and mounting options.

Built from CNC cut and bent 3/16 aluminum plate, with 8020 aluminum cross members, the setup becomes a modular rack system that can be configured around your gear, your habitat, and how you use the rig.

Recovery gear, storage, rooftop accessories, custom mounting solutions. The goal is building something that works for the way you travel.

That’s the advantage of building with flexibility in mind from the start.
