Speed and accuracy. That's what was delivered today for a customer who needed a custom jig in a hurry. I received a late night message requesting urgent service. Some quick discussion back and forth to get the concept right and I had a part designed by 10 am this morning. The jig was in the customer's hands shortly after 1pm. The comparable product online was apparently a month away. Another example of how local services can make the difference when time is of the essence.

I thought I would share my on going project. A project that I have had for 19 years. Starting from a stock 1995 Nissan Pathfinder it has evolved into a unique conversation piece and has been a proving ground for honing my skills as a tradesman, 4x4 enthusiast and designer. Nothing tests the durability of equipment and components like off-road abuse and this rig has seen plenty. Here is a compilation of just some of the changes it has gone through over the years.

Hello DIY enthusiasts. What was once my full-time industrial millwright page is now my custom CNC plasma cut services page.

Since merging with Valley Industrial Services Ltd. in 2023, all of the industrial work has been done through that corporation. Our industrial clients are benefiting from our CNC plasma cutting and now I am making a branch off into the custom car, truck and power sports market.

As an avid off-road enthusiast myself, I know how many times I needed a special bracket or adaptor plate that just isn't available in Canada or is so specific that it exists nowhere.

The other challenge for many DIY enthusiasts is creating the CAD file to get a part cut by someone. If you do not have CAD software, I can create the CAD file for your project given a template or a sketch. I will generate a proof for you before I cut to ensure your getting what you need.

This is just the beginning, if the interest for more of these type of services is strong enough, I will continue to expand the capabilities.
