All right. "Progress you can see. We just completed the eightplex, catwalk, and upper deck with a durable vinyl membrane and pressure treated handrails." "We're also mobilized on two new storage buildings, and a custom garage build. Efficient timelines, quality materials, and clean finishes. If you need a team that shows up and follows through, send us a message."

🏠 Gaia Project Update

Lots of progress happening at the Gaia Project!
On the exterior, we’ve installed the faux stone, wrapped the home in Ener-Air continuous insulation, and completed a good portion of the board-and-batten vinyl siding. The Gemstone stucco is also complete.
Inside, the insulation and vapour barrier are finished, and we’ve officially passed our insulation inspection — another big milestone checked off the list.
One of the metal roofs is now complete, and we’re currently finishing up the second roof along with the cap flashings, which we expect to have wrapped up by Friday.
It’s great to see all the different pieces coming together and the Gaia Project really starting to take its final shape. More progress to come!

A bit more work on the outside and we're ready to complete the exterior.
Check out the chat GPT rendering of what it will look like.

Another filler project. 100'+ long upper deck with Vinyl deck membrane and a lower Catwalk for access to the lower units.
Railings to come.......

Thanks to Citra Capital for allowing us to work on your local project.

While we're waiting for the electrical, plumbing and spray foam on the Gaia project. It's a great time to take on some smaller projects.

A few before&after shots of an apartment refresh. T&G pine ceiling instead of the fibre tiles makes such a difference.

Customer has been away so we haven’t been posting our progress photos..... dont want to ruin the surprise. This morning we were able to do a walk through and show her what we've got done in 13 days. Needless to say, she way over the moon.
A few more days and we'll call for framing inspection.
The 12' ceilings sure do make it seem big. More to come......
