After excavating for a concrete pad, we used the excavated material to fill in and reshape the front yard to keep water away from the house and walk ways. Once the yard was shaped up I contacted my friend over at Grizzly Excavation Ltd. to come with his new dump trailer and haul some extra material away.

Spring time is here and it time to get out and get our properties cleaned up and looking for good for summer. This costumer had a sub pump drain discharging directly in the driveway causing flooding and washout in their parking area. Since we were there redirecting the sub pump drain we brought in a trailer load of gravel to fix up the parking area and regrade the rest of the driveway.

A previous customer we installed a drain for earlier this year contacted us to come back and fix up some ruts in the lawn from snow removal damage and to regrade the driveway. Some topsoil, seed and a load of class A gravel, we had her front yard and driveway back in tip top shape.

We're back in the swing of things!, here's a couple jobs over the past week. Trenching for underground electrical service, dug, installed, and back filled.
Land clearing and pad prep for a 24x24 garage with a monolithic slab.

Quick backyard make over. Our new clients asked us for help in preparation for a new garage. Before prep work on the pad we had a small barn to relocate and a large stump to get rid of. While talking with the clients they told us they were having issues with water pooling in the back corner of their yard aswell. So we raised the grade in that location to help shed the water. Once the barn was moved to its new location and the hardscape work was done, we laid out some quality topsoil to finish it off.
