We are excited to announce our KEYNOTE SPEAKER - Dr. Andrey is a Professor in the Department of Geography and Environmental Management at the University of Waterloo. Her research focuses on weather-transportation interactions including road safety, winter maintenance practices, and the implications of climate change for transportation. She has published > 100 articles, book chapters, and technical reports; supervised 200 thesis projects by students; and taught nearly 10,000 students. As well, she has held a number of leadership roles including Dean of the Faculty of Environment at University of Waterloo, Chair of Sustainable Development Solutions Network Canada, and President of the Canadian Association of Geographers.
