TGIF. Hope everyone has a great week. It’s the weekend. I have been busy in the shop repairing w**d whips and I am waiting for a new motor for a Exmark zero turn lawnmower. The motor is seized. It was ran out of oil. Also been busy trying to get our hay up. Hopefully the weather will start to cooperate soon. Have a great weekend everyone.

Happy Saturday everyone. Becky and I are home from our trip to Fairmont. It’s been a busy week getting caught up with yard work and getting haying equipment ready for putting up the hay. Hopefully the rain will give everyone a break so we can get it done. I am also working on small equipment that customers have dropped off for repair. Hello friends It’s the weekend finally. Not looking forward to all the rain again this weekend. The ground is so saturated it won’t take any more rain. Finally got our roads fixed up from flooding last weekend. My Beautiful wife, Becky and I are going on a vacation to Fairmont BC for a few days. We will be back on July 7. Happy Friday everyone. I just finished these three projects up. The little D140 John Deere had electrical and fuel delivery problems. I also had to remove the engine and remove the bottom of it and replace the gasket because it was leaking. The STIHL MS 270 chain saw had electrical issues as well. Diagnosed that the coil or module was defective and would not produce any spark. Also the little CT 70 Honda bike had fuel delivery issues as well. Carburetor was full of dirt and rust. The fuel tank had to cleaned of all the bad fuel. It also had electrical issues. They all are running good and going to their home. Text me or call if you need anything serviced or repaired. Happy May long weekend everyone. The rain was welcome for sure. The snow mould was bad and no grass was growing. Weather was too cold. In the pictures below, I was working on a twin cylinder kohler engine. Both head gaskets were broken and leaking oil. Had to disassemble a good portion the engine to access the 2 cylinder heads and part of the tractor. The repair went good. New genuine kohler parts were used to repair the engine. Engine runs good and there is no leaks. Wishing everyone a great May long weekend. Hopefully the farmers can get seeding done as well.

Happy Easter everyone. I just finished this little project. A small quad came into the shop with a no spark situation. After a a little time of diagnosing and testing and research on the internet I was able to figure the problem out. This little quad had an extra light bar put on the front of it. This extra light caused the electrical system in the quad to get overloaded and overheated. The extra load burnt out the stator, CDI box and also spark plug coil. What accessories the little quad had as original was all the electrical system could handle. So do your research before you add anything to a machine to make sure it can handle the extra load. Hey everyone. I was able to get a hydraulic lift table for my shop. My lovely Wife,Becky bought the table for me for my birthday. I’m so grateful for her help and support. Thank you My Love. It is great to be able to stand and work on a piece of equipment so I don’t have to kneel or crawl around on the floor because of my knee replacement I have had. I am ready and open for business and provide maintenance and repair for all small equipment. I provide maintenance and repairs on all lawn and garden equipment. Such as Quads, Side by Sides, zero turn mowers, generators, water pumps, backpack blowers, leaf blowers, w**d eaters, chainsaws and so forth. I also provide manufacturing and welding repairs,I also do repair and maintenance on small trailers as well. Hi everyone. I’m back working in the shop some now. My right knee is doing much better. I just finished doing a repair on a pump for a customer. The motor would not start. Found the fuel was bad and the fuel corroded the inside of the carburetor. There was also a green slim in the float and bowl of the carburetor. This ethanol fuel has a very short shelf life and this is what kind of problems the fuel can cause. I’m taking equipment in to diagnose and repair now. Have a great weekend everyone.
