Sometimes you’ve just got to stop, take a look around, and get things organized.

We gave our hose and fitting room a much-needed overhaul to make it easier for our team to find what they need, when they need it.

Keeping things organized behind the scenes means less time searching, more time getting the job done, and ultimately, better service for our customers.

It might not be the flashiest job in the shop, but the little things add up.
A well-organized shop keeps things moving.

Last week, Thunder Bay Hydraulics hit the greens for the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce Golf Classic 2026! ⛳️

We had a fantastic day of golf, great conversations, and connecting with fellow members of the Thunder Bay business community. We were also proud to be the Putting Green Sponsor, a fitting spot for a little friendly competition and a few clutch putts!

Thanks to the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce for hosting another great event. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Lights, camera... Atlas!

We had the pleasure of welcoming Westfort Productions to Thunder Bay Hydraulics yesterday for a behind-the-scenes look at our new Atlas Brand Car Lifts.

Our President & Owner, Jamie Crozier, and Director of Engineering, Waheed Mohammed, spent the morning in front of the camera sharing what makes these lifts stand out and why we're excited to bring them to our customers.

Rail plow meets rock cut... and this is the result. 😬

A hard impact like this can leave a hydraulic cylinder with a severely bent rod and put equipment out of service in a hurry.

The good news? A bent rod doesn't always mean the end of the cylinder.

Our team can assess the damage and, when possible, repair or rebuild it to get you back up and running. And if a replacement is the better option, we manufacture custom hydraulic cylinders built to handle the job.

Our Community Stands Together ❤️

With many individuals and families being displaced by the ongoing wildfires across Northwestern Ontario, we know that finding a safe place for trailers, boats, and other equipment can be one less thing to worry about during an already difficult time.

To help, Thunder Bay Hydraulics is opening our yard to evacuees who need a temporary place to park trailers, boats, RVs, or similar equipment.
While we are happy to offer the space at no cost, all items are left at the owner's risk. Thunder Bay Hydraulics cannot assume responsibility or liability for any vehicles, trailers, boats, equipment, or personal property stored on-site.

If you or someone you know could benefit from this, please send us- a direct message or call our office (807)-474-7031, and we'll do our best to accommodate as many people as possible.

To everyone affected by the wildfires, our thoughts are with you. We're proud to support our neighbours however we can. 💙
