My wife and I had a vision for a new look for our cottage in the Gatineau hills. We met and discussed this project with Eric Artelle and knew right away that he would be able to help us fulfill that vision.
We found Eric to be very attentive and indeed very patient. Our expectations were not small and Eric fully met them.
We found him very knowledgeable about the structural design process and the timber building process.
He assisted us with the municipal permitting requirements. Walked us through the stain colour selection and even provided some actual wood samples to ensure that the chosen stain colors matched our vision.
Eric and his team were clearly professionals as observed during the building process. His guys were polite and focussed on the job at hand.
The end result was a vision brought to reality. We couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Artelle Wood Artisan.
