Emergency furnace swap. Our returning client had a no heat call which turned into a new furnace install. We removed this old furnace and installed a Luxaire 2 stage single speed ecm. Our client was experiencing low air flow since they moved in 3 years ago and having that single speed motor fixed all their problems. We also installed a whole home UV filtration light in the return plenum to provide cleaner air quality.

Demo’ed this high velocity hvac system. Client needed it removed for mould remediation. We will be back to reinstall all the duct work and modify the system as the previous contractor did not install to the manufacturer specs thus resulting in poor heat distribution at their cottage.

Finally received parts from AO Smith, 2 thermostats and 1 element gone after a power surge. 600v 30amp ain’t no joke. Literally blew a hole in the thermostat. Restaurant all back up and running.
