This is our gluing department — one of the final steps where cartons are folded, glued, and finished before heading out the door.

What you’re seeing here is just part of the picture. We have multiple glue machines running across two Beneco locations, helping us keep projects moving and timelines on track.

Safety is part of the job — and part of the culture. 🚜

We recently completed the second batch of forklift and clamp truck training at Beneco, meaning all team members operating this equipment have now been fully trained.

These sessions aren’t just about checking a box. They’re about building safer habits, staying aware, and making sure everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.

A good reminder from training: small things matter — checking behind while reversing and using the horn more consistently around corners and shared spaces.
