As you may know, is set to return to the Barbara Frum Atrium at CBC on October 22 & 23, 2026.
The call for speakers is open! Have a great idea for a talk? You can submit until June 4.

You can find more info about tickets, the call for speakers, and all things a11yTO at conf.a11yto.com.

[Image description: The image is a poster for the " " and "CALL FOR SPEAKERS". The background is dark blue with a pattern of small, light blue and grey dots arranged in a circular, bubble-like design on the left and top right.

Dominating the top of the poster is the text " Conf" in large white font. Below this, in even larger white font, is "CALL FOR SPEAKERS".
To the right of the "CALL FOR SPEAKERS" text, a large, dark blue oval shape contains the text "Submit your talk" followed by the URL "conf.allyto.com" in white, slightly smaller font.
The bottom left of the poster features a large, circular, white frame that overlays a photograph. This photograph depicts a live event with a stage and an audience. On the stage, a man in a light-colored shirt is standing at a podium, looking towards the audience and gesturing. Behind him, a large screen displays a graphic with several people's faces, and a CBC logo. The audience members are seated, facing the stage, some looking towards the stage, others engaged with their phones or devices. The overall color palette of the photograph is varied, with warm tones on the stage and cooler tones in the audience.

In the bottom right corner of the poster, the text "Deadline for submissions on June 4th, 2026" is written in white font.]

We’re kicking off 2026 by bringing the community together—no slides, no presentations, just people.

Join us upstairs at the Firkin on Yonge (207 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M5B 2H1) for a relaxed, in-person social focused on connection, conversation, and community. Reconnect with familiar faces, meet new ones, and reflect on the year that was.

We’ll also offer optional 3-minute lightning prompts for anyone who wants to share an accessibility win or lesson from 2025. No prep needed—listening is just as welcome as sharing.

Whether you’re new to accessibility or have been in the space for years, we’d love to see you there.

[Image description: The image features a bold white headline, “FEBRUARY 2026 SOCIAL,” centered at the top in a thick sans-serif font. A dusk street scene sits behind it, with glowing storefronts, glass windows, and warm neon lights in blues, purples, and amber tones. Yellow-orange text in the lower left shares event details: reflecting on our accessibility journey in 2025, February 12, 2026, 6–8 PM, at Firkin on Yonge (upstairs). The overall mood is warm, urban, and inviting, suggesting a relaxed, reflective social gathering.]
