🔨 FRAMERS
We’re hiring framers with different levels of experience. You don’t need to know everything — but you should have previous framing experience, a good work ethic and a willingness to learn and improve.
⭐ LEAD HANDS
We’re looking for experienced framers who can take responsibility, read plans, organize work, lead a crew and maintain our standards for quality, productivity and safety.
🛠️ SERVICE TECHNICIANS
We’re looking for experienced, dependable individuals to handle service work, deficiencies and repairs across different job sites. You should be comfortable working independently, identifying problems and finding practical solutions while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Above all, we’re looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, team-oriented and take pride in doing quality work.

• Previous residential construction/framing experience
