Our construction company is in need of a labourer. The successful applicant will have a valid driver's license and working vehicle. Will be able to lift and carry construction material for an extended period of time. Have a good attitude and be willing to learn.

We are a growing company and are looking for a labourer that wants to train and learn carpentry skills.

While job is listed part-time there will be between 24-40 hours a week available over the summer.

Job pays $16 an hour to start.

A secondary suite is a rental suite inside an existing home. In this video we look at a home that was built in 2020 - 2021 in Prairie Pointe. We are developing the basement of this home into a rental suite.

Our first secondary suite ever is finished. It has been a journey and we have learned so much along the way.

We passed our final inspection yesterday.

Our customer already has a deposit to rent this suite. He is going to be enjoying this secondary income for years to come.

This is the same property we featured in our video on secondary suites last year.

We are developing other secondary suites so watch for those videos and pictures.
