Honestly… I hate doing these jobs but it turned out great, all the plumbing and electrical work was fixed properly freshly waterproofed and the client will be happy with their new shower for years to come. Every time this happens you have a Mike Holmes moment

The electrician was in at a bathroom renovation we are working on. Sometimes electricians get a bad rap for not cleaning up or caring about anything other than the electrical. Ours is totally different he rights patch beside every hole he makes likely giggling to himself each time, I’d be lying if I said it didn’t give me a little laugh in the morning too.

Pulling staples after removing vinyl sheet… it’s probably the worst part of doing demo. Took this flat bar and ground some sort of fork into it to hook better on the staples.
