This cottage was already finished inside—clean, complete, and lived in.
So tearing open walls wasn’t an option.
Instead, the owners chose a smarter move.
While replacing the siding, we spray-foamed the exterior walls from the outside.
No disruption inside.
No mess.
Just a fully sealed building envelope.
The entire install was done in about six hours.
And from that day on, this lakeside cottage became a true four-season home—comfortable in summer, warm in winter, efficient year-round.
And yes… it was one of those perfect days to work by the lake.
