This is the new 9th Ave parkade and Innovation Centre that the IDEAL team has been working on! It is quite the project being built to support 500+ parking stalls with space that will serve as an active hub for Calgary innovators called Platform. The unique design of this building will also allow for full conversion of the building into commercial or residential use.

Another project the IDEAL team has been working hard on! Started out as The One Tower and now called Upten Tower. This 38 story building has 379 suites and has been an interesting project working on the building controls. Almost complete!

Hines 500 tower. Another project the IDEAL team has been working very hard on the past couple years. Almost complete the building management system on this 33 story, 462 suite apartment tower!
