✨ Spotlight Sunday!

This week we’re spotlighting Quail Ridge Office — a thoughtfully designed 1,600 sq. ft. workspace that perfectly blends industrial grit with modern functionality.

The space features exposed concrete walls and floors for a bold industrial feel, a custom millwork reception desk, and a renovated upper mezzanine transformed into sleek office space. The upper floor includes three private offices, a boardroom, a washroom, and a staff kitchen with seating areas, while the lower floor features an admin office, reception desk, coffee bar, and storage room. Over 2,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space was also renovated for tool and equipment storage, keeping the office organized and efficient.

From front to back, this project delivers a cohesive aesthetic that’s both functional and modern-industrial. 🏢✨

This week we’re spotlighting the North West Veterinary Dermatology Clinic, a 1,500 sq. ft. specialty clinic newly completed in December 2025.

The clinic includes three comfortable exam rooms with custom benches and stainless-steel exam table countertops, plus a recessed scale and display reader.
The reception area features natural light, faux millwork beams, tile wainscoting with chair rail, custom wallcoverings, and an inviting coffee bar with bench seating.

Throughout the space, custom millwork, fob-access pharmacy cabinetry, and integrated exterior security roll shutters support both workflow and security.
Oversized 8’-3” x 3’ hands-free swing doors, 7’ pocket doors in staff areas, ceiling-mounted medical lighting, and Marmoleum flooring with cove base ensure a durable, hygienic treatment environment. 🐾👀

This week we’re spotlighting one of our 2025 Projects - Smili Dental — a 3,000 sq. ft. clinic designed to make a strong visual impact while supporting a high-performing practice.

The reception and waiting area feature two-story ceilings with expansive glazing, complemented by exposed ductwork and large decorative light fixtures.

This 9-op clinic includes a custom Kelowna mural in the waiting room, a spacious staff room with island seating and two TVs, plumbed medical gas, and custom millwork in treatment rooms to seamlessly house in-wall and ceiling-mounted TVs. 🦷✨

This week we’re spotlighting Love It Dental — a 2,500 sq. ft. clinic designed with a cohesive and refined aesthetic throughout.

The space features a striking Black Oak feature wall in reception, oak slat walls in the waiting area and patient washroom, and black accent paneling that ties into the black-frame glass doors along the main hallway.

With a 12' ceiling running through the hallway, ceiling-mounted TVs in all operatories, and Urban Oak laminate doors in the doctor’s office, this clinic delivers a polished, inviting environment from front to back. 🦷✨
